Treat loved ones this festive season to a Davidson plum and honey glazed ham grazing board with pistachios, nectarines, plums, tomatoes, onion and bocconcini.
Ingredients
840g Woolworths Gold Davidson plum & honey glaze and bake leg ham
2 tbs pistachio kernels
2 yellow nectarines, stones removed, cut into wedges
2 2 plums, stones removed, cut into wedges
140g sweet berry truss tomatoes, halved
1 red onion, thinly sliced into rounds
220g Woolworths traditional bocconcini, drained
1 tbs white balsamic vinegar
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1/2 bunch basil, leaves picked
1 loaf white sourdough bread, sliced
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Remove ham from packaging. Score top of ham diagonally with a sharp knife. Place in foil tray and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Remove ham from oven and brush with a little glaze. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until golden. Brush with a little more glaze and bake for a further 15 minutes or until golden and sticky. Place remaining glaze in a small bowl. Microwave on high for 20 seconds or until warm.
Step 3
Slice a few slices of ham. Place ham and slices on a serving platter. Place pistachios in a small bowl. Arrange pistachios, glaze, nectarines, plums, tomatoes, onion and bocconcini around ham. Combine vinegar and oil in a small jug. Season. Sprinkle platter with basil and drizzle with dressing. Serve with bread.
