Apple Pie Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbs honey
2 Woolworths bagels, cut each into three rounds
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Granny Smith apples, cored, cut into 1cm pieces
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 cups Greek-style yoghurt
Method:
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Mix 2 tsp honey with 2 tbs hot water. Brush honey mixture over 1 side of bagels and sprinkle with 1 tbs cinnamon. Place on tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Cut each round into quarters.
