Ingredients
250g strawberries, thinly sliced
500g Woolworths smooth peanut butter
170g Cadbury slices shortcake biscuit chocolate
Directions
Step 1
Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange strawberries, side by side, on prepared tray.
Step 2
Place peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds or until heated and runny.
Step 3
Drizzle peanut butter over strawberries to cover. Freeze for 2 hours or until set.
Step 4
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring, or until heated and almost smooth. Drizzle chocolate over peanut butter, then smooth. Freeze for 2 hours or until set. Cut into pieces. Serve.
