Woolworths' Hot Chocolate Cupcakes


Whip up winter comfort with these irresistible hot chocolate cupcakes, a breeze to bake using a Betty Crocker muffin mix.


Ingredients

500g Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Muffin Mix

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

400g Betty Crocker Creamy Deluxe Chocolate Frosting

50g white mini mallows

12 cookies & cream biscuit sticks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a 12-hole (1/3-cup capacity) muffin tray with paper cases. Prepare muffin mix using 1/2 cup water, cinnamon, oil and eggs, and following packet instructions. Stand for 30 minutes or until completely cooled.

Step 2

Spoon frosting into a piping bag fitted with 1cm star nozzle, then pipe over top of cooled muffins. Decorate with mallows. Insert a biscuit stick and serve.
