INGREDIENTS
Mini brioche buns
Olive oil spray
Aioli
Creme fraiche
Dill
Lemon
Fennel
Brussel sprouts
King prawns
METHOD
Lightly spray the brioche buns with olive oil. Grill the brioche buns until lightly toasted.
In a mixing bowl, add the aioli, tabasco, creme fraiche, dill, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined. Add the fennel and brussels sprouts and mix until well coated with the dressing.
To assemble generously place the slaw on the base of the toasted bun. Top with prawns and garnish with dill.
