Juicy grilled peaches covered in light ricotta & sprinkled with cinnamon for the perfect healthier snack or dessert.
Method:
Place peaches in an air-fryer basket and brush with half of the maple syrup. Set temperature to 180°C and cook for 10 minutes or until peaches have softened. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon. Cook for a further 1 minute or until golden and caramelised.
Meanwhile, combine ricotta and vanilla in a small bowl.
Remove peaches from air fryer and drizzle with remaining maple syrup. Serve dolloped with ricotta mixture and sprinkled with remaining cinnamon.
